Helios White Glaze is a white compound coating for bakery use; sugar is the first-listed ingredient, followed by non-hydrogenated palm-based vegetable fat, whey powder (from milk) and lactose, with emulsifier E322 and flavouring.
Contains: milk. May contain: nuts, peanuts. Store in a cool, dry place between 15 and 20 °C (max. 75 % RH) away from foreign odours and reseal after each use; unopened shelf life 12 months; supplied in a 10 kg pack.
