Kent Foods Compound Coating Discs are a compound coating in dark, milk and white varieties, made from sugar and fully hydrogenated palm kernel fat.
The dark discs contain 16 % fat-reduced cocoa powder, the milk discs 10 % skimmed milk powder and 4 % cocoa powder, and the white 8 % skimmed milk powder. Contains: milk (Milk, White). May contain: milk (Dark), nuts (Dark, Milk). Store at max 20 °C in a dry place; shelf life unopened is 540 days (dark, milk) and 360 days (white), supplied in 20 kg bags.
