Description
Terravita Compound Coating Flakes are a compound coating in flake form, in white and milk varieties, for coating bakery products.
The flakes are made from sugar, vegetable fats (fully hydrogenated palm kernel oil), whey powder and skimmed milk powder, with sunflower lecithin as emulsifier. Contains: milk. May contain: nuts, peanuts, soya. Store at 12 – 20 °C with relative humidity below 75 %; shelf life unopened is 18 months, supplied in 20 kg bags.
