Description
Helios Premium Dark Chocolate Glaze is a compound chocolate coating for bakery use, made from sugar, non-hydrogenated palm-based vegetable fat and fat-reduced cocoa powder.
The recipe lists fat-reduced cocoa powder at 12.5 %, with emulsifiers E322 and E492 and flavouring. May contain: milk, nuts, peanuts. Store in a cool, dry place between 15 and 20 °C (max. 75 % RH) away from foreign odours and reseal after each use; unopened shelf life 12 months; supplied in a 10 kg pack.
