Helios Blueberry Fruit Filling is a fruit filling for bakery use with a fruit content of 80 % made up of blueberry, blackcurrant and fruit purée, thickened with modified starch (E1422) and preserved with potassium sorbate.
May contain: eggs, milk, nuts, soya. Shelf life unopened is 6 months from the date of manufacture; sold in a 10 kg bag.
