Description
Plum jam with apples, a fruit filling for doughnuts, buns and other bakery goods, supplied in a 14 kg pack.
Made from fruit purée of plum and dried plum (70 %) and apple (23 %), with sugar, water, acid (E330) and flavouring. Store in a dry place at 1–25 °C; once opened keep refrigerated and use within 30 days; shelf life unopened 12 months in closed original packaging.
