Frutados Blueberry in Thermostable Gel is a blueberry fruit filling set in a heat-stable gel, sold as a high fruit topfill for bakery use.
Blueberry is the first ingredient, followed by water, sugar and modified starches, and sugars are 24 g per 100 g. May contain: milk. Store at 0 °C to +20 °C and below 75 % relative humidity, dry and in the original packaging, away from heat, freezing and direct sunlight; unopened shelf life is 270 days and it is supplied as a 12 kg pack.
