Raspberry in Gel is a raspberry fruit filling in a gel, for filling and topping cakes, pastries and desserts.
It is made with 60 % raspberry, sugar, water, modified starch, citric acid, flavouring, black carrot concentrate and preservative potassium sorbate, and the country of origin is Poland. May contain: sulphites. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; store in a dry, cool place at 0–25 °C and up to 75 % humidity, refrigerate after opening, shelf life unopened 6 months; supplied in a 6 kg pack.
