Description
Fruzelina raspberry filling is a fruit filling for bakery and patisserie use, made with 60 % raspberry, water, sugar and modified starch, with citric acid, potassium sorbate as a preservative, flavouring and black carrot juice concentrate.
Keep in a cool, dry place; shelf life unopened is 24 months, and once opened it should be refrigerated for a maximum of 7 days. Darkening of the product during storage is a natural process, and it is supplied in a 3.2 kg pack.
