Zeelandia Arabesque Dark Couverture 58% is a dark chocolate couverture for chocolate work in bakeries and patisseries.
Cocoa mass is the leading ingredient, followed by sugar and cocoa butter, with emulsifier E322 (soya) and natural vanilla flavouring. Contains: soya. May contain: milk. Store cool and dry at an optimum 10–20 °C; shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture when unopened, and it is supplied in a 5 kg pack.
