Barbara Luijckx Barima milk chocolate 35% callets are real milk chocolate for couverture work in the bakery.
Made from sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder and cocoa mass, with emulsifier E322 (lecithin) and natural vanilla flavouring. Contains: milk. May contain: soya. Suitable for vegetarians. Store at 12 – 20 °C and a maximum of 70 % relative humidity, away from foreign odours and out of direct sunlight; shelf life unopened 18 months; supplied in a 3 kg pack.
