Zeelandia Berliner 2500 is a premix for doughnuts and Berliners, based on wheat flour, sugar, whey permeate powder, emulsifiers, egg yolk powder and egg white powder, with spice (turmeric) and colour (carotenes).
Per 100 g it provides 386 kcal, 39.2 g of sugars and 5.0 g of salt. Contains: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk. May contain: sesame, soya. Store cool (below 25 °C) and dry, with a shelf life unopened of 180 days from the date of manufacture; supplied in a 25 kg bag.
