Wheat flour is the leading ingredient, followed by emulsifier (E472e), soya flour, flour treatment agent (E300), wheat enzyme and inactive yeast. Contains: cereals containing gluten, soya. May contain: eggs, milk, sesame. Store cool (below 25 °C) and dry (humidity up to 75 %); shelf life unopened is 180 days from the date of manufacture in closed original packaging, and it is sold in a 25 kg bag.
