Description
Red Cherry Patisserie Filling 30% is a semi-liquid, gelled fruit filling for patisserie, dark red to burgundy in colour with a sweet-and-sour taste.
Its main ingredients are sour cherries, water, sugar and modified starch, and it is preserved with potassium sorbate. May contain: sulphites. Store in a closed warehouse at 5 to 25 °C and approx. 75 % humidity; shelf life is 9 months. Supplied as a 12 kg pack.
