Apple is the leading ingredient, followed by sugar and modified starch, with citric acid as acidity regulator, agar as stabiliser, flavouring and potassium sorbate as preservative. May contain: milk. Store at 0 °C to +20 °C and below 75 % relative humidity, dry and in the original packaging, away from heat, freezing and direct sunlight; shelf life unopened is 270 days; supplied in an 11 kg pack.
