Vortumnus Orange & Pumpkin High Fruit Filling is a fruit filling for bakery use made with 25 % orange and 25 % pumpkin, sugar and water, thickened with modified starch and gellan gum and coloured with curcumin.

May contain: sulphites. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store at 0 to 25 °C with humidity not above 75 %; shelf life unopened is 5 months, and it is supplied in a 6 kg pack.
