Description
Bella Toma Tomato Sauce is a savoury sauce for bakery use, made with onion (11 %), pickled cucumber (10 %), tomato concentrate (9 %) and marinated red pepper (6.5 %), seasoned with Herbes de Provence.
May contain: eggs, milk, mustard, soya, sulphites. Store at 5 to 25 °C with a relative humidity of no more than 65 %, reseal after each use and keep refrigerated; the unopened shelf life is 6 months. Sold per 6 kg unit.
