Puratos Sapore Softgrain Rye is a bread ingredient made from fermented sprouted rye grain and pasteurised rye sourdough with salt and a preservative (potassium sorbate, E 202), for use in bread and roll production.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. Store in a dry place (RH max 65 %) at 5–25 °C; shelf life unopened is 12 months. Supplied in a 12.5 kg pack.
