Eco Trade Dynowski 83% Flour Blend is a bread mix for seeded rye and wheat bread, led by rye flour with dark and golden flaxseed, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, graham wheat flour, wheat flour and sesame.
Contains: cereals containing gluten, sesame, soya. May contain: eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts. Store in a cool, dry place at no more than 24 °C and 75 % relative humidity; shelf life unopened is 6 months from manufacture, and it is sold in a 25 kg bag.
