Kołodziej Klasyczny is a professional bakery concentrate for producing traditional wholegrain rye bread with a moist crumb and a pleasant, mild sour flavour.
The mix contains cut rye grains, oat flakes, sunflower seeds and flax seeds, giving the finished loaf a hearty, grain-rich character and extended freshness. Used as roughly a 50% mix, it gives bakers a stable, consistent dough and authentic Central-European rye results. Supplied in a 25 kg bag for production-scale baking.
