Kołodziej Classic from Zeelandia is a bread mix for wholegrain rye bread, built on broken rye grain (30 %), oat flakes (20 %), sunflower seeds (20 %) and linseed (10 %), with wheat gluten, salt and barley malt flour.
Contains: cereals containing gluten, soya. May contain: eggs, sesame. Store in a dry place at up to 25 °C; shelf life unopened 180 days from the date of production in the closed original package. Sold in a 25 kg bag.
