Polmarkus 100% pasteurised fruit purée for fruit fillings, available in Strawberry, Mango, Passion Fruit and Blueberry.
The strawberry purée is 100% strawberry from Morocco, the mango is 100% mango purée from India and Peru, and the passion fruit is 100% passion fruit purée from Peru; each contains naturally occurring sugars. Store the mango and passion fruit purées at +2 °C to +6 °C. Supplied as 6 × 1 kg per case.
