Zeesan Cream Stabiliser, Raspberry – 0.5 kg	200 g
Water	250 g
Cream (30% fat), chilled and whipped	1000 g

Method

Whip the chilled cream.
Dissolve the Zeesan thoroughly in the water.
Add the whipped cream in portions and mix gently until the ingredients are combined.
