| Apples, diced | 0.4 kg |
| Raisins, washed | 0.2 kg |
Method
Mix all the ingredients, apart from the apples and raisins, on medium speed.
Gradually add the apples and raisins towards the end of the mixing time.
Place the batter on a tray laid out with baking paper using an ice-cream scoop and bake.
After baking, sprinkle the warm apple soft cookies with cinnamon sugar and sift with icing sugar.
