Ingredients

Bakels No Bake Slice Chocolate 12.5 kg	2.000 kg
Melted chocolate	0.750 kg
Liqueur to taste

Method

Blend all ingredients together and mix well.
Deposit into 18" x 30" tray, lined with silicone paper.
Spread out thinly and cover with a sheet of silicone paper.
Roll out flat to height of biscuit pieces.
Allow to set.
Remove paper and cut into desired petit four size pieces.
