Method

Combine all ingredients together.
Mix for 5 minutes at high speed.
Pour the batter, 1.4 kg per tin, into tins sprayed with SPRINK from Bakels and lined with baking paper (bottom only).
Bake at 160°C for 60 minutes with the damper closed.
