Method
- Dough
Mix all ingredients into a dough. After mixing, weigh the dough into pieces and leave to rest.
Divide the pieces on a divider, round them, moisten with water and roll in the decoration mix. Place on hamburger trays or in silicone moulds and leave to proof.
After proofing, bake with plenty of steam.
