Method

  1. Chocolate sponge

Mix all the ingredients together with KOMPLET Czekoladowe Soft using a flat beater at medium speed for 3 minutes.

  2. Chocolate sponge

Pour the batter into 18 cm rings, 440 g per piece. Bake at 190 °C for about 30 minutes.

  3. After cooling, cut off the baked crust and cut each sponge into two layers.

  4. Soaking syrup

Mix the sugar with the water and add the spirit.

  5. Cream

Pour the spirit over the cherries, preferably leaving them for a whole day.

  6. Cream

Pour water over KOMPLET Baza Dark and mix. Whip the butter and margarine and pour in the cooled KOMPLET Baza Dark. Whip into a fluffy cream and, at the end, pour in the drained cherry juice with spirit.

  7. Assembly: place the cut chocolate layers in the rings, sprinkle with the sugar syrup, spread 200 g of cream on each and smooth it, scatter 100 g of cherries on top, cover with a chocolate layer, sprinkle with syrup and spread with 200 g of cream.

  8. Chill, cut out of the rings and decorate the sides with the remaining cream.

  9. Glaze

Melt KOMPLET Kiddy Choco and Kiddy Weiss with the oil and pour over the cakes. Decorate as desired.
