Cookie balls — a Macphie recipe, makes 12-15 cookies. Uses Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix 12.5 kg and Macphie Soft & Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix 12.5 kg.

Method
Place Macphie Soft & Chewy Cookie Mix and half the chocolate chips into a machine bowl fitted with a paddle. Add the water and mix on slow speed until a dough is formed.
Repeat with Macphie Soft and Chewy Chocolate Cookie Mix.
Roll both mixes into 50g balls and freeze.
On a lined baking tray bake the cookies at 170°C for 8 minutes.
Leave to cool slightly before serving with a dip pot of Macphie o.t.t® Toffee dessert topping.
