Ingredients

| Macphie Chocolate Sauce | |
| Water | 435 g |
| Vegetable oil | 250 g |
Method
Place the Macphie Mississippi Chocolate Muffin & Cake Mix in a mixer fitted with a beater and add the liquids.
Mix on a slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down, then mix on a middle speed for 6 minutes.
Deposit 100g batter into prepared moulds.
Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 30 minutes.
Serve with warm Macphie Chocolate Sauce.
