Method

Using a beater, blend all ingredients together (except the chocolate chips and cherries) for 1 minute on slow speed.
Scrape down.
Beat on second speed for 5 minutes.
Fold in the chocolate chips and cherry halves.
Scale at approximately 400g into a loaf cake tin.
Sprinkle the top of the loaf cakes with chocolate chips and cherries.
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for approximately 35-40 minutes.
