Method
- Muffin
Mix all muffin group ingredients in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.

Mix for 1 minute on low speed.
- Muffin
Scrape down.
- Muffin
Mix for 4 minutes on high speed.
- Muffin
Add fresh blueberries and mix for 2 minutes on low speed.

Scale at 150 g into tulip muffin cases.

Inject 15 g of Fruit Filling - Blueberry 50% into the centre of the muffin.

Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
