Method

  1. Sponge

Mix all ingredients on low speed for about 4 minutes (using a flat beater). Spread the batter into two frames measuring 60 x 40 cm. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.

  2. Custard cream

Soak the gelatine in cold water.

  3. Custard cream

Whisk the Soft Krem, the water and the dissolved gelatine for about 3 minutes with a whisk on high speed. After whisking, leave the custard to stand for about 5 minutes and combine it with the whipped margarine (beat the margarine first). Spread the finished cream on the surface of one of the sponge bases. Chill.

  4. Jelly with fruit

Dissolve the gooseberry jelly thoroughly in hot, boiled water. Cool. Pour the setting jelly with the grapes over the cream and press down with the second sponge. Chill.

  5. Cheesecake cream

Soak the gelatine in cold water.

  6. Cheesecake cream

Whip the chilled cream. Dissolve the Zeesan thoroughly in the water. Add the dissolved gelatine and the whipped cream in portions. Spread the finished cream over the top of the cake and spread it unevenly.
