Method

  1. Base

Mix all ingredients on low speed for about 3 minutes (using a flat beater). Deposit the mass into four frames about 16 cm in diameter (220 g each). Bake at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes.

  2. Cheese mass

Mix all ingredients except the Soft Krem on medium speed until a smooth mass is obtained (using a whisk). Add the Soft Krem and mix until a uniform consistency is obtained.

  3. Cheese mass

Spread the mass evenly onto five bases placed in frames (about 750 g each). Bake at 180°C for about 60-65 minutes. Allow to cool.

  4. Decoration

Decorate as desired. Toast the almonds in the oven. Gently warm the kajmak and spread it over the surface of the cakes, then sprinkle with the toasted almonds.
