Method

  1. Sponge

Mix all ingredients on medium speed for about 5 minutes (using a flat beater). Deposit the batter into a 60 x 40 cm frame. Bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes. Cool. Cut into two layers.

  2. Almond crumble

Toast the flaked almonds in the oven. Melt Satina Pro Biała together with the oil, then combine with the toasted almond flakes. Spread the finished crumble on the first sponge layer.

  3. Cream

Whip the chilled cream. Dissolve Zeesan Neutralny thoroughly in the water. Add the whipped cream in portions and fold gently until combined. Spread about 2000 g of the cream on the crumble, then cover with the second sponge layer and spread the remaining cream. Chill.

  4. Orange glaze

Soak the gelatine in cold water, using 50 g, then melt it. Dissolve the jelly powder in hot, boiled water. Then combine with Frugella Pomarańcza and the melted gelatine. Spread the fruit glaze on the surface of the cake. Chill.
