Method
- Cookie base
Mix all ingredients on low speed (flat beater) until a crumble forms. Spread the crumble over the bottom of a 60 x 10 cm tin. Press down gently.
- Cake
Mix all ingredients on low speed for about 3-4 minutes (flat beater). Spread the finished batter evenly over the base across the whole surface.
- Fruit
Place the bananas on the raw batter. Bake at 180°C for about 45-50 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Caramel
Pipe the Kajmak milk confectionery mass over the cooled cake using a piping bag.
- Glaze
Bring the cream to the boil, add Satina PRO and mix until smooth. Cool. Pour over the cake.
Decoration: decorate as desired.
