Multimix Cake Base: Place all cake ingredients into a mixing bowl, fitted with a beater.
Multimix Cake Base: Mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
Multimix Cake Base: Scrape down.
Multimix Cake Base: Mix for a further 6 minutes on medium speed.
Multimix Cake Base: Scale at 450g into lined loaf cake cases.
Multimix Cake Base: Scatter 20g of chopped walnuts over the top of each loaf cake
Multimix Cake Base: Bake at 180°C for approx. 40 minutes.
Multimix Cake Complete: Place all cake ingredients into a mixing bowl, fitted with a beater.
