Description
Calcium Propionate CP18 is a soya-based preservative for further manufacture, not for consumption in its current state.
Its ingredients are soya flour and the preservative E282 calcium propionate. Contains: soya. May contain: cereals containing gluten (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, oats). Store in cool, dry, ambient conditions away from strong odours; shelf life 180 days. Supplied as a pale yellow, free-flowing powder with a beany, slightly acetic odour in a 16 kg paper bag.
