Citric acid for use as an acidity regulator or preservative in bakery production, with China as country of origin.
May contain: celery, cereals containing gluten, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame. Store in clean, dry, well-ventilated premises protected from pests at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C and a relative humidity of up to 75 % (storage for up to 3 months above 25 °C, maximum 40 °C, is permitted); shelf life 24 months from the date of production. Supplied in a 5 kg bag.
