Puratos Tigris Gold is a bread improver and dough conditioner based on wheat flour with emulsifier E472e, anti-caking agent, ascorbic acid and enzymes, and has Poland as its country of origin.
Contains: cereals containing gluten. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in a dry place (relative humidity max 65 %) between 5 and 25 °C and close the packaging after use; shelf life unopened is 8 months; supplied in a 15 kg bag.
