Craigmillar Mellomallo Marshmallow is a sweet filling of United Kingdom origin, made from glucose syrup, sugar, water, maize starch and dried egg white.
Contains: eggs, sulphites. May contain: milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians. Store in a cool, dry place below 20 °C and do not freeze; once opened keep between 15 and 25 °C with the lid replaced after use; unopened shelf life is 161 days after production, supplied in a 10 kg pack.
