Macphie Filset Filling Stabiliser is a stabiliser for bakery fillings, made from a single ingredient, modified waxy maize starch (E1422), and its countries of origin are France and the Netherlands.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in a cool, dry, hygienic environment below 20 °C; shelf life unopened is 12 months from date of manufacture. Supplied in a 12.5 kg bag.
