Coris G is a citric acid ester of mono- and diglycerides (E-472c / CITREM) produced by Lasenor, used as a hydrophilic emulsifier in bakery products, margarines, and food emulsions.
It provides stabilising properties for oil-in-water systems and assists fat emulsification. Supplied in 25 kg bags.
