Renshaw Renmac Macaroon Paste is a flavour paste for bakery use, made from sugar, apricot kernels (22 %), water, dried egg white and glucose-fructose syrup with preservative E202.
Contains: eggs. May contain: nuts. Suitable for vegetarians; also halal and kosher. Replace the lid after use and store in cool, dry conditions away from odorous materials; the unopened shelf life is 5 months from date of manufacture, and it is sold as a 12.5 kg unit.
