Ibis Clean Label Bread Improver is a bread improver and dough conditioner, made from fortified wheat flour (with calcium, iron, niacin, folic acid and thiamin) and flour improver E300.
The wheat flour is of UK origin (wheat from the UK, France, India, China and Switzerland). Contains: cereals containing gluten. May contain: eggs, milk, soya. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans and for halal and kosher diets; keep in a cool, dry environment away from infestation for an unopened shelf life of 12 months, supplied in a 12.5 kg pack.
