Description
Bakels Speculoos Biscuit Crumb is a cinnamon-spiced biscuit crumb graded 2–6 mm, used as an inclusion or crumb topping in bakery and dessert work.
It is made from wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed) and candy sugar syrup, with cinnamon and salt. Contains: cereals containing gluten. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; store in a dry place at ambient temperature between 16 °C and 18 °C, with an unopened shelf life of 9 months, supplied in a 9 kg box.
