Barbara Luijckx Crispy Flakes Royal are a crisp inclusion for bakery and confectionery work, made from wheat flour, sugar and rapeseed oil with caramelised sugar, whey powder and barley malt extract.
Contains: cereals containing gluten, milk. Suitable for vegetarians. Store at 12 °C to 20 °C and at most 70% relative humidity, away from foreign odours and out of direct sunlight; shelf life unopened is 18 months, and the pack is 2 kg.
