Description
Goldwax Easy Go Keg is a vegetable-based release agent for bakery use, made from rapeseed oil, a rapeseed-based emulsifier (E322) and carnauba wax.
The rapeseed oil is sourced from a range of European countries and Australia, the emulsifier from Germany and France, and the carnauba wax from Brazil. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and halal and kosher. Store and transport at 10–30 °C and use at 15–25 °C; shelf life unopened is 15 months, and it is supplied in a 20 L keg.
