Description
Zeelandia Carlex is a release agent in spray form for bakery use, made from rapeseed vegetable oil with emulsifier E322 and butane and propane propellant gases.
Store in a dry place at 15 to 30 °C; shelf life is 18 months from the date of production in the closed original packaging under the recommended storage conditions, and it is supplied as a 600 ml spray.
