Doro Blueberry Jelly Powder is a blueberry-flavoured jelly powder for bakery use, based on crystal sugar and gelatine with citric acid, flavouring and colours E132 and E124, and it originates from Poland.
May contain: cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk. Store in a closed package in a dry, cool, shaded room protected from pests and away from foreign odours, at up to 25 °C and humidity up to 75 %; shelf life is 12 months from the date of production. Sold in 5 kg units.
