Description
IRCA Chocobake is sold as a 13 kg unit.
Its main ingredients are chocolate powder 35% (sugar, cocoa), vegetable oil (sunflower, palm) and sugar, with soya lecithin as emulsifier. Contains: soya. May contain: milk, nuts. Kosher (dairy). Unopened, it keeps for 18 months in the original packaging in a dry, cool place (20 °C); at higher temperatures a layer of oil may form on the surface, so mix it before use.
